For The Outdoorsy One:

There are two great outfitters in Sedona for the trailblazers and mountain bikers on your list. The Hike House offers all the elements that bring the hiking experience to life: grab some great hiking footwear, gear, on and off trail apparel, and information on the countless hikes for various levels throughout Sedona. Their Sedona Trail Finder helps you map out the idyllic route, and you can grab trail guides and maps too. For the bikers on your list, Over the Edge is your one-stop bike shop that offers mountain bike rentals, sales, service, and fun. They even stock parts and service all kinds of bikes.

For the Chef:

There is a new olive oil store in Uptown Sedona, 2 doors down from 89Agave, named Sedona Devine Olive Oils & Vinegars.  They don’t have a website yet, but all we hear is positive feedback on the quality oils and vinegars they carry. When you stop by be sure to try the local favorites: Blood Orange Olive Oil, which is very versatile and often used on fish, seafood, chicken, summer salads and baking, and Tuscan Herb Blend Olive Oil, delicious as a bread dip, pasta and salad dressings to marinade and vinaigrettes. For those that like to try out something unique, taste the Espresso Balsamic Vinegar. It makes a fantastic glaze or BBQ base for pork, beef or chicken. This vinegar even tastes great over ice cream!

For the Pet:

Find something for the furry friend in your life at Whisker’s Barkery, a locally owned and operated pet boutique that carries every type of product available to keep your pets happy, healthy and entertained for hours! Chances are, you know a sweet tooth in the family! The Sedona Fudge Company is an Uptown Sedona landmark, the smell alone will bring you to their front window as you watch the experts roll out the fudge all day long.

  • 1 Ounce Crème de Cacao
  • ½ Ounce Vanilla Flavored Vodka
  • ½ Ounce whipped Flavored Codka
  • ¼ Ounce Aperol
  • ½ Ounce Grenadine
  • ¼ teaspoon of powdered Sugar

For the Wine Lover:

The wine lovers in your circle will be floored when they find out the wine you brought them is from Arizona! An up and coming wine region, Sedona wines are on par with a bottle of wine from Page Springs Cellars.  Make a day trip out to the wineries in Page Springs and bring back a bottle or two as gifts (something for yourself too!), or take a bottle home from the L’Auberge special collection.
